Account Deletion Request

This public page allows users to request account deletion outside the app, in line with Google Play account-deletion requirements.

How deletion works

• In-app: authenticated users can request deletion directly from account settings.
• Web (this page): you can submit a deletion request using your account email for support verification.
• Deletion mode: requests from this web form are processed as scheduled support requests after identity verification.

Data that is deleted

• Account profile data and login tokens.
• Session/auth bindings and user-specific app records tied to your account.
• Premium/subscription state in backend records.

Data retention

If any records must be retained for legal, billing, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, they may be retained only for the required period.
