Privacy Policy
Google Play Policy ReadyThis Privacy Policy explains how VNX VPN ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

b) Device and App Information
- Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and country code.
- Unique app/device tokens used for security and push notifications (e.g., FCM token).
- Crash logs and technical diagnostics to improve reliability and performance.
c) VPN Service and Operational Data

d) Support and Communication Data
- Messages sent through in-app support/chat.
- Administrative and service notifications, including channel/server update alerts.
2) How We Use Your Information
- To provide VPN functionality and deliver requested services.
- Our application uses the Android VpnService API to create a secure device-level network tunnel. This is the core functionality of the app and is required to route VPN traffic securely through selected servers.
- To authenticate users and secure sessions.
- To send service notifications (e.g., new server/config updates, maintenance alerts).
- To monitor stability, prevent abuse/fraud, and improve product quality.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
3) Legal Basis and User Control
- Service execution: processing needed to provide VPN access and account functionality.
- Legitimate interest: service security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and reliability.
- Consent (where required): push notifications and optional marketing communications.
4) Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver service notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time. Notification payloads may include server/config names, channel name, and related metadata needed to open the correct screen in the app.
5) Third-Party Services
Our app may rely on trusted third-party providers such as:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for service notification delivery.
- Unity Ads for ad delivery and monetization (where ads are shown in the app).
- Payment providers (if subscription/payment features are enabled).
- Hosting and content-delivery infrastructure for application backend services.
When Unity Ads is enabled, Unity may process advertising identifiers, approximate location, device/network details, and ad performance events according to Unity's privacy policy. We do not share VPN traffic content for advertising purposes.
These providers process limited data under their own privacy terms and security controls.
6) Data Retention
- We retain data only for as long as needed for service operation, security, and legal compliance.
- Expired or unnecessary operational records may be deleted or anonymized periodically.
7) Data Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell personal data.
- We may share data with service providers strictly to operate the app.
- We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
8) Data Security
- We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.
- Security controls include encryption practices, access control, and abuse/rate-limit protections.
- No internet system is 100% secure; users should also secure their devices and accounts.
9) Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to request deletion.
10) International Data Transfers
Depending on your location, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11) Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.
You can request account/data deletion directly via: https://vpn-admin.shartna.com/account-deletion or by email at [email protected].
